Mt lgs has an UZI carbine for sale for $645. I am really tempted to get it but am wary because it is Century Arms. The guy at the counter said it was an import and not made by them.
Anyone have experiences with these or Century Arms imports in general?
Century Imports
The UZI in question
I don't think those are allowed in Australia
It probably be fine for a range toy. May be be reliable enough for competition. Not sure I'll trust it for home defense though.
Its a parts kit build by century
So don't trust it?
Just don't expect it to run 100% of the time
That's fair
Get a Mpa Mac 11 in whatever flavor. They're better quality imo
Yeah, but folding stock
Get a folding brace
I would get it just of the aesthetics
But that's not authentic
Who cares? You haven't had either and your boner won't know the difference.
But my soul would

Don't those have really bad trigger slap?
Yes. Its not as bad as people say but it does weigh as much as a Miluakee drill, so does the Uzi though. I actually replaced the rubber hose trigger boot with a thick black pen grip from one of those needle point art pens. Never had a problem since.
That’s actually a good price, my Century build is great
At least you're resourceful
Good to know.
Doesn't make up for the $8.50 for 20 rounds red army standard
How reliable/accurate are they? I hear they need hot ammo and alot of lobe
Slap a hellfire on it and a faux-suppressor/barrel extension and its a ton of fun. Remember that the mags make a difference and putting a longer charging handle on it with save your hand from getting cut a lot. The side chargers are miles better but if you want authentic, the top charging ones are pretty cool.
Is hellfire just a good trigger?
Yes. The best deals are on some bow hunter store online but i forgot the name. Sent me a free bb gun too :)
Free you say
MACs are disgustingly ugly and unergonomic though, if it weren't for Lage Manufacturing and the fact that they're probably still the least expensive machineguns in the market, no one would buy them.
>MAC
>ugly
Pick one.
It makes a glock look good
Damn, thats a little harsh
Okay. They're cheap and American enough that you should have one just to throw away in your top closet and have bragging rights, IF you have any hands on exp with one.
but they're all metal
Don't think so.
Category h and your good to go. Hardest part is finding 10 round magazines
technically metal is not wood
ha
Your mom has bad trigger slap lol
