No mr hyperbole. Its not great for tubes. The more flash the worse.If you are throwing enough flash to trigger your auto gating circuit you run the risk of damaging your power supply circuit. Its repairable but not great to do if you are really worried about breaking it.

I've shot my 14.5 rifles in the dark. Maybe it's the ammo I'm shooting or the SF 3 prongs are that good at keeping flash in check but there wasn't much to speak of. Idk I'd still like to larp in the dark.

Webm is very related. 10" SCAR shooting shitty ammo through saker 556k with flash hiding endcap. Camera is 90 degrees from muzzle about 5ft away. If you watch the top right you can see the flash light up the tubes and the top right will glow for a second as every shot is fired.

Visible lasers during the day are trash because they dont contrast worth a shit. Visible lasers suck during night because you end up hunting and pecking for them. IR lasers contrast extremely well compared to laser and are invaluable for shooting at night. NV settings on optics are inferior in almost every scenario that is not engaging a peer adversary capable of detecting your laser emissions.

So I need a little explanation of Atlas bipods. I picked up a BT10 after seeing Wuggy talk about them and I'm not sure how the tension works. I'm used to cheap Chinese bipods previously. Do I want to keep the tension on max until I need to make adjustments, keep it on min until I'm done making adjustments, or keep it where I find a good balance of stiffness and ease of adjustment and forget it?
