Which gen is the PSAK? If its a gen 3, put an ALG trigger and heavier recoil spring/telescoping assembly in it, maybe some surplus wood furniture.
The earlier gens aren't forged, probably not worth upgrading.

Any opinions on the M+M M10 AK? Got one recently and it seems to function just fine. From what I've seen/heard they're Romanian WASR's with some minor modifications.
