One of those is a constitutional right.

What do you think the constitution would look like today if your typical leftists were to write it?

It wouldn't list anything allowed, only things forbidden. They seek control and restrict above all else.

Weed being illegal never stopped anyone from buying it. I wonder why these cucks think guns will work out differently.

>Sorry, you indicated on this form you smoke marijuana and so we have to deny your firearms purchase.

BA

ZOO

KAH

haha ok i'll just take the nuclear arsenal haha im not being hyperbolic

I find it ironic that they think marijuana is a natural right to be able to enjoy without fear of getting arrested, yet something that was put in the founding document of the country, along with what they thought was a natural right for people to bear arms to protect themselves, is less of a natural right than marijuana. They both should be legal.

Based and redpilled

"Can I buy some cigs?"

Sorry, not old enough

"Ok, just the Panzerfaust then pl0x."

Both should be legal to buy and sell without restrictions.

lel

There wouldn't be a constitution at all just the parliamentary supremacy these people lust after harder than cock.

Just look at the legalization of marijuana in Canada
It's
>"Look we've decriminalized the INDUSTRY we are STANDING UP for human rights!! So great for are country we are a mature people who can use substances responsibly"
versus
>"handguns and ARs are EVIL and only for KILLING CHILDREN you're not a RCMP officer you won't even know to use a gun NO ONE SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO THAT even with regulation and licenses that will SOLVE all the gang problems in Toronto"
There's no rhyme or reason to it

There should be a law that requires everyone to own atleast one gun and to carry it every where they go. And have a class similar to driver's ed but for gun safety.
I know its literally impossible to try and pass it, but it would stop all these mass shootings 100%, and if one does occur he will be fucked up before he has a chance to kill more than 2 maybe 3 people.
That would literally solve

* most gun crimes

Gun scary

night night, Ronny-sama

>"Can I buy some marijuana?"
Yes you colossal faggot. Move to wherever it's legalized or just wait until your state passes legislation decriminalizing it.
WA is simultaneously great and suffering at the same time.

A very vague set of "rules" that can be changed and interpreted on a whim.

The founding fathers made both legal. They believed in defending yourself and your property, and seeking happiness as long as you don’t hurt anyone.

>the right to dilate, being necessary to the health of a free tranny, shall not be infringed.

>leftist
>both guns and weed are now constitutional rights
sounds great to me

This
If what I'm doing doesnt hurt anyone else why the fuck is it an issue? I stay home when I'm high I dont shoot while I'm high same thing goes with alchohol it's the person own responsibility and if they cant follow common sense they shouldnt be allowed to do things thatd put others at harm anyways

FULL AUTO GAY WEED

Theres no such thing as a pro gun leftist. There was a Vox interview with the supposed "pro-gun" JBGC president or whomever and he said that they were arming themselves only to protect LGBT and minorities. After the socialist revolution everyone would just voluntarily hand in their arms and only democratically elected police would carry. The JBGC fundamentally misunderstands the purpose of American gun ownership, the left is only arming themselves to fight the "fascists."

Only poor oppressed minorities and illegal immigrants are allowed to vote. How much their vote counts is determined by how low their privilege score is. White people pay for it all.

If only we could make them understand that there will always be people who do evil things and there will always be people who try to take advantage of the power they're given in the government position, so what they perceive as a temporary uprising of evil people is just the reality of the human race.

>democratically elected
>police
Hahahaha fucking officer jamal and officer jose having a debate over who should get elected on the grounds of what laws they would enforce. What an obscenely stupid idea.

They didn't even use the word police either, it was something like an armed community patrol. The "abolish cops" people are seriously some of the dumbest people on the planet.

>556 assault bullet
I want one

you have the right to bear dilatation dildos

Well, inevitably they'll point out how European countries with both thriving drug and gun black markets don't seem to have as many mass shootings as the US.

That's one thing I legit wonder - we in the US can attribute the vast majority of gun homicides to suicide and Redguard clan clashes, but why is it that whenever we get a guy pasted all over the media like Elliot Rodger or the people in Texas/Ohio, they always seem to be in the US and not somewhere else?

>they always seem to be in the US and not somewhere else?
1) America is a really important county and has things reported much more than other countries
2) America has a really toxic public education system

>2) America has a really toxic public education system

This would make a lot of sense; I've heard an edgy take before that given how hellish US schools can be (cliquey, stuck in classrooms all day, lots of bullying, toxic peer culture, etc.), it's a wonder that school shootings don't happen MORE than they do.

America has an extremely ineffective and oppressive public educational system. It's designed to turn you into a wageslave, of course some fall through the cracks and become petty criminals or outright fucking psychos.

ah yes

the constitution

Is the expanded kike universe series

That right there is a lot of stupid foreigner boomer shit to process.

>they'll point out how European countries with both thriving drug and gun black markets don't seem to have as many mass shootings as the US.
that's because european cops have the order to keep most of these crimes "covered", but there is a recent surge in southern france that made the press aware of those crimes, especially because criminals are making lots of waves and are not afraid of the cops

I already did

It's actually from an alternate universe where Superman becomes a tyrant and goes full authoritarian after his baby momma dies.
there's more panels

As a victim of the system myself, it’s terrible. I jumped out in middleschool and have never looked back.

Basically, America’s education system is designed to make factory workers, and because kids can’t vote neither party fixes the problem.

>tfw the man of steel can't even into slippery slopes
Dipped in highschool and it was probably the best decision I ever made.

>Well, inevitably they'll point out how European countries with both thriving drug and gun black markets don't seem to have as many mass shootings as the US.
Yeah but we get mass stabbings or vehicular holocausts and nobody is armed to respond to them

Everything would be verboten and they would be deposed within 5 years tops from an mixture of criminals, hillbillies, people who don’t give a shit, and trannies who didn’t get their specific gender down as public information.
American media is everywhere, it is damn near impossible to escape it barring living in some uncontacted tribe in Brazil or something. Likewise American news is also rampant, and naturally a country like America will have much more coverage of just about everything than a country like Libya who people really only paid attention to when Muamar was deposed and all the Arab Spring bullshit was still rampant. The US also has a very big issue with shitty parents, a completely obsolete public “education” system that is mostly focused on standardized test scores so the school can get more shekels for football or basketball, and rampant prescription drug/SSRI use. That also isn’t mentioning police covering shit up unless something really big happens that can’t be covered up.
As a 20 year old zoomer I would say it isn’t as bad as it was back in the 1980’s-1990’s, from what I have read at least, but there is still a fuckton of issues and everyone from the students to teachers have completely lost all faith in it for good reason.

Based flash.

I don't think you can keep playing chess after a checkmate

They're doing multiple games dingus

>[list of forbidden things]

SRA is very vehemently pro 2nd amendment Vox is just doing trash reporting as usual you cant go on their website and check out their stated goals for yourself.

everything would be forbidden by default and only whitelisted things would be legal.

This. Victimless crimes aren't crimes at all

It's a meme. The average grabber probably doesn't even know what an AR10 is, or even that different types of guns use different types of bullets.

LEGALIZE HEROIN AND MACHINEGUN

does that guy have a rat tail?

This sounds crazy like /x/ crazy but perhaps theres a shadow goverment that is attempting to disarm the populace by blasting mass shootings with white people.

>Morrowind
My N'wah

If you fire a machine gun on heroin does it feel like a semi-auto?

Call me leftie-commie-tranny, but...
>with guns I (usually) intend to harm other people
>with cigarettes I primarely harm myself

Flash is still right

mfw canadian criminal code defines literally anyone in possesion of a gun a criminal unless the law allows it

Basically EU

Cigarettes can harm other people via second hand. And dying of lung cancer is far more painful than a bullet wound.

If using guns causes you to harm people, you should stop using guns before you go on a spree and ruin it for the rest of us.

Just because you can harm somebody with something doesn't mean you will. (disregard the times when harming another person is actually justified for a minute)
You have to give people the benefit of the doubt with this sort of thing because there's pretty much no way you can reasonably make that sort of judgement about such a broad group of people without jumping to conclusions. It'd be a position taken up without proper evidence and experience with the people you're disarming.
Will there be at least a few people who abuses their right to bare arms? Almost certainly.
Will the majority of people with legal access to firearms abuse that right? It's impossible to know (Virtually all statistics on defensive shootings and firearm homicides prove that most won't, but humor me.)

To be fair user you can't sit on a roof and kill 50 people with a cigarette

Yeah but why stop at guns? Is it acceptable to harm a certain number of people?

Depends a lot on the roof my guy.

Guns are used for multiple purposes. Even the ones harming others are not necessarily malevolent (defending ones’ self, killing ‘bad’ people). It also requires a huge amount of responsibility to properly carry out those purposes. In contrast, smoking only harms you with no benefits and no sense of responsibility.

Come to think of it, much of the left’s policies are similar to this idea. Their ideology boils down to these three ideas:
>support doing whatever you want, no matter how self-destructive it is (I mean hey, its not like were hurting Anyone guise!!!). Generally, these things are irrelevant in the grand scheme of things (not real ‘freedom’ and require very little responsibility/independence.
>Encourage and glorify these behaviors for everyone else (but i’m not hurting anyone, leave me alone you evil bigots!!!)
>when problems do arise due to these self-destructive behaviors, rely on the government to cover the costs.

Of course there’s the whole identity politics for minorities and special interest groups thing they have going, but it still heavily intertwined with these ideas.

jej

Second-hand smoke, burdening a healthcare system with what is essentially a years long suicide and using medical resources that could be allocated elsewhere, directly enabling an industry that explicitly targets children and the poor. If Superman is perfectly willing to confiscate all weapons no matter what they're being used for then he's going to have even less issue wiping out the tobacco industry.

And the EU is an un-democratic construct. Ask any European when the last time they themselves directly elected their head of state.

Lol, he doesn't live in a legal state.

Same guy here, tldr: freedom of independence > freedom of indulgence

To be fair, you CAN plow through over 500 people with a truck in France though. It's a matter of perspective.

I find it funny that it doesn't occur to them that they're in a national park full of natural wonders and threats.

This is one of the analogies that leftists brought up on Black Science Man's twitter - you voluntarily assume the risks of getting into a car every time you go out for a drive; but you do not voluntarily assume the risks of getting shot when you go to Walmart to buy some batteries. Getting hit by a drunk or careless driver is also an accident and is something that there are already many laws against, whereas a mass shooting is very deliberate and (in their view) has little done to stop it.

Attached: fuckinn'wahs.png (800x448, 259K)

If weed being illegal hasn’t stopped me then neither will guns

It would look much more like a monarchy than what we have. Letting the people have power is clearly not what any of them really want.

I was referencing the Nice Truck attack of 2016, hence "in France." Unless your solution is "Don't go outside."

Where were the cries for truck control after that ISIS sympathizer drove a u-haul through a crowd in Nice?

American culture is fucked up. Mass shootings don’t happen because of guns, though guns make them easier to perpetrate. America’s brand of consumer driven capitalism and tribal identities invariably generates these cases.

But it's the same risk. 35k-ish a year die due to guns and deaths by car is similar. I absolutely accept risk when getting into a car but there's no doubt in my mind that I'll get home safe because I drive defensively and the odds of me dying are so low. They are so low that most well adjusted people don't constantly think/worry about dying in car accidents.

Since it becomes a news story it bascially turns into its own thing. Shootings in the ghetto in Chicago dont sell as much as shooting in basically anywhere else involving a few people.

>you do not voluntarily assume the risks of getting shot when you go to Walmart to buy some batteries.
Yes, you do. You voluntarily assume the risks of anything potentially happening to once you leave your house. Your second point is disingenuous, as not only are you equating drunk and careless driving as an accident, you're also phrasing as to imply that shooting someone doesn't have numerous laws against it.
