I was needing to put in an ammo order to stock up on a few calibers I was running low on when I heard about the third shooting; Ended up doubling it and picking up: 3k 22lr, 3k 9mm, 2k 5.56, 600 10mm, 560 RFN, and 500 45AARP. I figure with what I already have this should carry me out 2 years at the rate I normally shoot and 3 years if I ration. Still debating on picking up an AR10 or M9A3, but I'm now feeling pretty good on my ammo/mag situation. I'd suggest any Jow Forumsommandos that are running low on common calibers pick up enough to cover their shooting habits for at least a year. Take it from me, not really being able to shoot for 3 years after Sandy Vagina was awful.

Also, just a FYI SGammo doesn't seem to be price gouging, though I noticed they were selling out of some bulk ammo options.

Talking about Ammo prices going up again, not banning 100+ year old guns. I already spend $1.50~+ a round for several and I would rather not spend more. Plus I only own three semis and have no desire for more never to be used mags.

Boutique cartridges are not going up substantially in price because nobody is going to panic buy them when they are already $1.00+/round. The real threat comes to cheap common cartridges like 22lr, 9mm, and 5.56 because everyone has a gun chambered in those and people area used to burning through them with semi-autos.
