STALKER's Stash box contains no items of radiological interest with the exception of one used silicone vagina. The silicone vagina is contaminated with an isotope giving off primarily gamma radiation. It is emitting approximately 18.7 mRem/hr of gamma with a beta component and is statistically relevant to the mission I was tasked with. The Duty AN/VDR-2 reads 8.95 uGy/hr though only god knows when or if that meter is calibrated.
Given the chemical makeup of semen which contains roughly 135 micrograms/ml of zinc, it is suspected that the STALKER who left the "sample" was exposed to a large amount of neutron radiation. This would have activated the Zinc in his body and turned it to Zn-65 a synthetic isotope of Zinc with a half-life of 244 days. It emits a gamma ray by process of electron capture where it becomes stable Cu-65.
Despite the facility lacking any anomalies or points of interest, we were able to successfully acquire some objects of interest from the surrounding area in the zone, they have been cataloged above complete with meter readings using expedition kit bravo equipment. I recommend command get all equipment re-calibrated sometime soon.

No, tritium is a gas so you can't scrape it off. It's also a a very weak Beta source, with a decay energy of ~5.7keV whereas, Yitrium-90 also a beta emitter has a decay energy of ~2.28 MeV.
It's unlikely to be Cobalt-60, it could potentially be Iridium-192 as this is a medical isotope with a long half-life of ~74 days.
Given it took about month to coordinate this operation with Duty, it'd still be fairly active. Aforementioned sample has been properly disposed of though without incident. Sadly Vadim got a bit excited by the Magnesium powder and bullets, those sadly have been lost as a result of said excitement.

For the not very likely chance of incidental exposure, they would have detected the hazard early on with all that gear they had and not proceeded further. They'd just need to clear off any contaminating debris with probably pretty low levels above background. Basically a quick rinse and scrub.

In the highly unlikely event that we had gotten contaminated we came prepared with 15 gallons of water, 3 full portable pressure sprayers, and a big bottle of TecNu soap.
We would have detected the contamination and either called it to proceed or scrubbed the mission. Upon leaving the contaminated area we would have gone directly to the decon area, watered the ground for dust control, and then scrubbed down one person at a time, then doffing the gear. Every bit of contaminate gear or waste would have gone into garbage bags for further decon or disposal.
The model 17 would have been used for contamination detection as it's larger detector area makes it more sensitive, and the ability to zero background assists in ensuring you're clean. Remember radioactive contamination is a physical bit of gunk which is decaying an kicking off particles or rays, so you can wash it off like you wash off dirt.
There are other concerns but given the original STALKER's story they were unlikely. Those concerns would be isotopes that bio-accumulate like Strontium-90, which your body thinks is calcium, or Iodine-131 which your body will also accumulate. Given contamination was suspected from the nearby diffusion plant, those wouldn't exist as they are products of fission reactions.
