Can't have a cybergat thread without the old' fashioned skinjob slotter. Why the fuck has nobody made an IRL version?

This thing is amazing in Insurgency Sandstorm

because it's a frankengun and why have that when you could have two guns

Problem is Insurgency SS fkn sucks because the maps are so bad

Is this thing worthwhile in any way or is it just a unique-looking yet generic striker gun?

they're literally all fine except refinery and farmhouse
they also brought back ministry and sinjar from source

I dont know, but its made by the same guys who did the Rez Zero 1, so if its its done around the same quality it should be good

Wait, is Sinjar actually back yet? Didn't see that a new update dropped

Ministery fucking sucks ass too.

>where to get a pm
I got this one on gunbroker. As far as getting one without gunbroker, a long time ago I picked up a blued one from aimsurplus but it looks like all those kind of stores are out of stock right now. I guess you could try random stores in person, I've seen makarovs at a cabelas. Maybe try pawn shops.

They have. The original prop is a Charter Arms Bulldog with a body shell (partially made from a Steyr hunting rifle action), you'd have to take the shell apart to load new .44 Special blanks.
Some people have built authentic replicas in this manner.

Attached: IMG_8928.jpg (1024x683, 217K)

I'm much rather have the frankengun. The problem is that all you can make is a "prop replica". It can't actually function.

>>where to get a pm
There's also the major physical auction houses like Morphy's and Rock Island Auction. You can bid in person, by phone, or electronically.

I want to like this but can't when an sbr is so much more aesthetic.

Nigga, that's a Howdah pistol. Made in England for use as a sidearm for dangerous game hunting in Africa and India. Ain't got shit to do with the old west.
It ain't high tech, but it's just what you need when a brain-addicted cyborg wants to snort your pituitary.
Plus the dude is right, it's got that mechanical look.

Even high tech dumpsters need defending.

Fuck, I can't belive this hasn't been posted yet either. Bullpup revolver shotgun is certainly cyberpunk. Integrally suppressed is even better.

They showed these at multiple SHOT shows. IIRC the latest was 2017, since then it's been crickets. Vaporware??

How does that solve the cylinder gap problem right next to your wrist?

I don't remember exactly, but there were multiple shooting reports from a few years back and the reviewers reported no gas blowby, so I assume they either shielded it or they have some moving part seal the cylinder gap. I assume the latter because I don't see a shield.
go watch the forgotten weapons videos on the Pancor jackhammer and the street sweeper and see how those work.

>Ministry doesn't have a layer for Push
Still haven't played it since it came out since they decided to only add it to modes that nobody gives a shit about.

Summoning that user with the Bushmaster Arm Gun with a laser sight and P90 furniture.

According to modernfirearms.net
>Each pull of the trigger rotates the cylinder to align next chamber with the barrel. It also engages gas-seal sleeve which slides rearward around the rear of the barrel, to seal the gap between the front of the cylinder chamber and barrel breech

Other than higher velocity from little rounds? I belive knocking the berral down looses you about 600ish fps .
That means that you loose in potential for ap use

Only with the suppressor.
SBR P90 w/ Appropriate size suppressor > Shrouded 16" PS90 > SBR P90 with no supporessor > Plain PS90
At least IMO

Love the setup and want to recreate it. I've been able to figure out the receiver set, but am having no luck finding the furniture set.

any good gats from 1990s-2000s? trying to come up with some cool shit for my FPS game

Attached: 18053287.jpg (686x426, 72K)

>having no luck finding the furniture set
There's a 99% chance it's custom furniture. Almost all wood furniture for ARs is custom-made.

Attached: 984159841.jpg (720x960, 217K)

>but am having no luck finding the furniture set.
You need a piece of wood, a coping saw, a rasp, sandpaper, and linseed oil.

You mean semi-custom, or "made to order".
You can buy in stock furniture from Black Guns Wood right now, but of course youd want an A1 profile pistol grip which are usually sold out.

That was my thought as well. I was able to find a site the offered replacement parts for Thompson's and thought about purchasing the grips to use a models to replicate my own.

Where does your forward hand go on that?
It looks like you're get horrible slide bite on your left thumb.

There was a lot of cool Russian shit that was developed in the 90's that you don't see in games very often.

I've made grips using images printed out online. Find a pic that shows what you want, adjust the scaling in your image program so it prints out at the correct size, then use that as a template to do your initial shaping.

Thanks for the advice, I will give that a shot

Make it a 10mm one with a 203 and yea I’d take it

I know there were some 10mm MP5s, so surely that would be possible (theoretically, anyway)

I feel your pain user. I'd but one right now but they've gone nowhere for four years at this point.

Nice airsoft gun you fucking dweeb

What the fuck is that thing and why can't you hit shit with it?

My dick

Bushmaster arm pistol

Firefight is the patricians gamemode

just looks overdesigned and way too busy, I prefer the original pseudo-famas look

Holy cancer OP

I've never seen a p90 in that configuration. Good god that's hot

C'mon guys

Whew lad.

It's a .177 pellet gun. Had one as a kid.

the cylinder lock operates a cam sliding a sleeve to seat into the cylinder

Are you going for the retro 90s futurism or just cool shit from the era?

>retro 90s futurism
?
>cool shit from the era
just anything cool/obscure or not seen that often in video games like the CAWS or the G11 PDW

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Retrofuturism
The nostalgic return to a time where the future was envisioned as bright and sleek like cars from the 50s that took design ques from rockets. Gun manufacturers did the same but a lot later since firearms are scrutinized to high hell for safety and any deviation from convention is scorned like the ar15 back in the day.
>CAWS or the G11 PDW
Perfect examples take a look at the gyrojet.

>chain in the trigger guard to look hard
>so that in that one critical split second you fumble the trigger and die with your un-fired bullet spitter
Why do subhumans do this?

I know what retro futurism is, i dont get what you meant by 90s retro futurism considering the 90s isnt retro and there wasnt any futurism

For when you want to get brass ejected straight into your face.

That's because the weapon was being hung in exhibition at some police museum thing I think. Chains are there to secure it so people don't smash and grab or worse, load it and start spraying

the chains are there because they're being showcased at a public event, people can come and pick them up and talk to the zogbots that have to use them for more info

Retro is the nostalgic return to the past you dunce and every polymer rifle of the era dabbled in the throwback to what was back then thought to be futuristic design from the g11 to the aug.

The Laugo Alien pistol. It's the future of pistol design.
Now if only they'd sale it to CZ already so we could get it for under 2k.

how about some cyber-punk load outs?

learn what retro means you illiterate nigger

I can't tell whether or not this looks uncomfortable to rack but it's very interesting mechanically.

please explain advantages (if any) other than
>muh bore axis
some of us arent manlets

You fucking retard.

"Well the breech and the barrel are pretty screwed up, that's what happens when you use HV bullets in one of these things"

not him but I just looked up a field strip
fixed barrel and fixed sights on the center rib makes it more accurate, also means you can attach cans and shit to the front without worrying about it affecting the operation of the gun as with a tilting short-recoil barrel or a rotating one
also it's hammer fired which probably means non-shit trigger.

Your sights no longer need to withstand blow back and don't need to compromise sight picture for strength.

Sci-fi from afar, low-grade piece of shit up close. See Ian's video on the Leaf-market 9mm version.

at least the wood looks nice.

something like this needs to be chambered in a large round or have thicker/bulkier mags in it. looks wird with that wimpy mag sticking out of that beefy looking gun

Holy shit thats fucking sad
