Meditation, breathing exercises.

Haven't meditated in a while, I should really shoehorn this into my daily routine. Every time I do i see instant benefits but it's so hard to have the discipline

Obviously be active, eat well, drink plenty of water, and meditate. Also try out some ashwagandha, it's known to reduce overall anxiety and mood issues. It's been helpful to me

As someone who suffers from anxiety and panic attack in group setting I got prescribed anxiety pills and they "shut down your emotions" they work pretty well for me.

Like training for anything else, just keep practicing.
Force yourself to do stuff outside.
Force yourself, to look people in the eye, talk to them etc.
Also diet and lifting helps, no broscience

Give up all stimulants, excess simple sugars this includes fruit. cut out overly stimulating media as well.

Learn the art of walking meditation and thinking about one thing at a time. Remember anxiety is a useful powerful emotion.
It tells you many things and helps you in many ways. The problem is that people don't know how to control it and harness it for it's intended purposes.

If you feel anxious then do something and then allow that anxiousness to help you accomplish it then allow yourself to not feel anxious anymore. It's not a curse that you're stuck with.
It's a thing that can just not be there if you don't want it to be.

You can also set aside times of the day or week where you allow yourself to not care about anything and allow yourself the decadent pleasure of relaxing completely. Stay away from media, stay away from stimulating foods and sounds and people, try to get out of the city and places where there are lots of people and the constant loud sounds of city and town life.
Just find a warm place in the sun where you can walk in the grass and not care.

If you need help then there are a few herbs that can help.
Ashwagandha is one.

don't try to deal with it op, try to solve it.
it won't be easy, but to solve anxiety you have to find the issue causing it and address it.

if your anxiety is due to social awkwardness, go out and make yourself incredibly vulnerable by sticking your neck out in social situations to where you may make an ass of yourself.

if it's due to a girl, you need to ignore girls as a whole and see if you can come up with a good reason for you to actually need a woman to be happy.
if you feel anxiety all the time it's most likely a self confidence issue.
increase your value in your own eyes. work hard, push yourself further than you're used to, improve yourself via internal means rather than seeking improvement through the external.

You control your feelings directly, it's just a matter of finding how, like how you learn to make your pecs bounce.

i just want to add that for a couple of years i meditated and it helped
but 2 months ago i started taking cold showers and they have helped too
my main problems were stress and getting sleep
i had monkey mind and it was ruining my life

I used to have anxiety but it went away after time.
The only time I get anxiety now is when I think about my ex and what she's up to. We broke up two weeks ago.

That's how I feel when I'm not feeling anxious and tense, I'm just flat and I can't even cry when I feel like I should be crying.

I usually tell myself a number of things
-I'm strong enough to bear this
-This will only make me stronger for when it really matters.

I also try not to avoid the anxiety but face it whenever it comes up

This might be irrelevant, but most people I run into with "anxiety" and really deep down struggling with the implications of nihilism. Look up some youtube lectures on Nietzche and Camus. I also really like Stoic philosophy and Japanese Zen. Read "meditations" by aurelius. I'm still trying to reason why to not drink myself into a coma but I'm getting better.

I started to go running with my female best buddy

After we finished some HIIT, she told me I was acting kinda slow
I told her that after a really good workout, I feel either really energized and pumped up, or really relaxed and satisfied

This time I felt the second way, like my senses were slightly amplified, but extremely relaxed. I just lied down for a minute, and after some seconds, she lied next to me, and we discussed ufos while hearing some chill music

I suppose it's because I really gave my best at exercise, so I feel satisfied, but I'd like some anons comment on it

A lot of my friends have confessed me that, at their core, the possibility to be living a simulation instead of real life fills them with anxiety
