It's legit but the problem is a lot of gas companies are starting to mix them with regular air to save money. Some people have tried it but wake up a few hours later or they just sit there with a high pitch voice.

The helium one is legit. But it can be complicated to do, because if you dont die there is a possibility of heavy brain damage, so you might not get a second chance. Ask yourself if you really want to do it, i know its cliche but things can turn around in life.
If you really wanna go, then yes helium is a good solution. Just be sure to research on exit/suicide bags on how to do it exactly. I wish you the best user, whatever you choose.
