i had one where i was half awake half asleep, where there was the grim reaper standing above me. i could only crack my eyelids to see him and i couldn't move at all. all i was thinking was fuck off and let me sleep or kill me already. turned out i was just seeing the sweatshirt hanging on the wall at the foot of my bed.

The line is certainly blurred. The closest I had was hallucinating a fake wakeful surrounding (a childhood bedroom) in sleep paralysis before waking in my current bedroom.

man that's creepy. I can die in my dreams easily and usually never wake up, I just switch to another perspective and move on. I'm normally not myself in my dreams, it's just my consciousness moving about.

The worst dreams I've ever had are those that move in a cycle. The same events play out over and over again and there's nothing I can do about it. I know exactly what's going to happen, it's usually some kind of mission or negative event that I fail, and I can't break the cycle until something wakes me up. Pure torture.

i had a dream that i swam in a hot tub full of ebola and red covered my vision like in a vida gaym and i woke up but could not move for like 7 seconds. i also had the flu during this dream irl

Man I had that once, it's probably one of the only dreams that I'll be able to remember no matter what, besides one where my mom came in my room in the middle of the night and hugged me, then I heard her call my name from another room and my "mom" turned into a monster - that dream happened several times.

The one where I dies was when I was in a parking lot just walking to my car and there was some altercation happening. I got shot in the chest and fell to the ground. It was a bit surreal just laying there realizing you were going to die while everything slowly got darker and less distinct.

I had a dream I was shot in the head once, but I lived, and could still move, but I thought i'd be brain damaged. it was freaky, but then I forgot about it in the dream as one does and kept going.

Nothing too interesting, just the usual naive decision to try out an online relationship with someone I met here on r9k.
I'm fairly certain it wasn't a catfish, since I did vc with her, and her voice was very cute and feminine.
After a while she even said that she loved me while she was drunk, but only a few days later she ghosted me, and I have no idea why.
