But I have no ac and it's been close to 30 degrees (Celsius) recently so if I close the windows I'll probably get a heat stroke or something. Not to mention that the heating broke and is always full blast so I have to open windows

Take a paper towel make it soaking wet (turn it into a flat hard disk) put it in your eyes and just lay down works everytime for me
