>used to be ashamed of having a skinny twink body >kids used to bully me because I was bad at sports >tried to stop wearing bright colors because it would make me look "gay" >go on Jow Forums >realize I'm at least 50% homo >stop caring >get over insecurity about my body type and workout consistently >buy a nice big white t-shirt with a cool pink design on it >maybe going to buy more "gay" looking clothes Somehow this board helped me I think? I'm not insecure anymore at least.
>inb4 who quote >inb4 nice blog post Ha beat you to it fuckers
It's about eating right not starving yourself, watch your calories and eat fruits and vegetables. Get a fuckin gym membership it's not that expense. You can do pushups, dips, planks, and runs for free anyway so I guess you don't NEED to join a gym immediately but you aren't gonna make a lot of progress quickly if you don't.

Bad idea dude, you actually get fatter by starving yourself. Your body takes notice of it and starts to inhale ambient fatness molicules in the air and slowly make you fatter. You actually can't die of starvation, your body just keeps absorbing stuff from the air until you become such a blob that you die of heart failure or other fat diseases. Best just to exercise my man.

thats not how you get fit. thats how you get anemic or worse. you see those kids in africa with bloated bellies? its not because they're fat or anything.
that actually happens when people don't drink enough water, the body can only start drawing in fat with the aid of water.

If you don't eat whatsoever, and literally starve yourself then you will obviously lose weight. Under some circumstances the body's metabolism will alter and you will gain weight, even when eating less.
>somehow this board helped me I think It makes you tougher and more comfortable with who you are. It's all the support for your body type that makes you more comfortable.
You could also try lots of situps, planking, and that candlestick exercise etc. etc.

Here is what I did: >3x10 weighted crunched (using a machine) >3x20 hanging leg lifts >planks 1min each >3x15 pushups This is just what is working for me right now. I also watch what I eat and go for a run every other day.
Justin Thompson
sorry should be 4x15 push ups

Any tips? Also your first statement can not be proven. Good to know. Thanks for the info my dude. Also good tasty in anime boys.
Oh dude. It's very straightforward actually. The less fat you have, the harder it is to lose your remaining bits of fat. If you managed to lose a lot of weight, the remainder will usually hang out around the bottom of your stomach, maybe your thighs. The only real option is to stick to the diet you're doing as long as possible. You have to see weight loss as a curve like pic related.
Not a lot of pounds, just a few. >Doesn't mean it's not true Prove it.

What other people are saying about working out is definitely a good idea as well but it's optional. I started doing resistance training and they make your abs look nice but it doesn't contribute to the fat loss as much
