What language would you recommend a newfriend start with? I'm interested in pen-testing and in general the way that computers function. All I know is some extremely basic HTML stuff. I want to be a l33t hacker like 4chanz plox!!

If you want to learn stuff like that low level knowledge is useful. You also might want to look at a scripting language like python, although I'm not sure if I'd recommend python specifically desu.
