I dont know how to feel about the Sauce

Was crunchy, thick layer of meat with pommes and salad, paid around 20-30€. The whole moment of eating was a dream, besides my ex GF, she ordered a typical small omelette with potatoes.

I actually ate 4/5 of the schnitzel...

You will only get jägersauce or mayonnaise to schnitzel in typical german restaurants..., i actually prefer sauce hollandaise

Ahh, yeah, I always eat Schnitzel witz Sauce Hollandaise and cauliflower.

It depends, as long as they dont taste like rubber.

Thin schnitzel. Thick schnitzel reduces the lemon taste.

Depends, IMO, i eat large potions, thin schnitzel wouldn't satisfy me. You still can have fat schnitzel with bad quality of meat, you will then regret it.

Yeah, but you also dont to eat Schnitzel only, Bratkartoffeln, Pommes and other Beilagen are important too!

Fresh Sauce Hollandaise, not the one from super market, is heaven, desu.

I usely drink Fassbrause or Selter in restaurants.

I actually prefer pommes, most restaurants can't fry proper bratkartoffeln.

I agree, the Hollandaise Soße from the Rewe tastes very sour and kinda thin.

I understand your feelings, but I tend to eat Bratkartoffeln more than actually Pommes.
Pommes is just the ultimate Beilage.

Well, just make yourself a fresh one for yourself!

Actually austria invented it, you still can try schweinebraten with klößchen, also tasty.

Or Sauerkraut with Kasseler although I prefer salted Schweinehaxe more.

I love kasseler, i also love senfeier with kartoffelbrei, well not everybody likes it.

Indeed i like my rollmops with potatoes and spargel.
