Other things im doing for self improvement: diet calorie counting, upping protein.

I don't know how in your country, but here they are mostly from either US or Poland. US ones are either fakes or more expensive but working ones. Polish tend to be much cheaper, but in somewhat "gray" area regarding legality and side-effects, but if you do the research, you should be fine.

Just don't skimp on your research and don't overblow your cycles. I would also prefer injections, not pills. But depends on which you want to use them.

Pros:

I'm currently reading a book on the history of my country and the history of the Maronites, my religion, written by an unbiased author (hopefully). I was really surprised as to how much they suffered under the hands of the Arab Muslims, and how they persevered under all odds. No wonder we are such a hardy people.

Other than that, I have a question I hope someone here can answer. I have 2 kg of fat on my right leg/thigh and 2.1 kg of fat on my left leg/thigh. How can I reduce that number anons? I have a predisposition to store fat on my thighs and ass, and I'm having a really hard time trying to reduce that amount of fat. I can lift heavy (I can squat 140kgs), but for some reason, this fat isn't going away. I'm eating every night and trying as much as I can to cut. What else can I do? Thanks in advance.

With some simple diet and exercise I've lost 10 pounds in the last three weeks. I'm around 300 pounds right now and I'm tired of being a fatass. I'm going to have lost 100 pounds by the end of summer. Just walking has helped me to start shedding weight. I get up at 4AM every day and walk about 5 miles which takes me around an hour to an hour and a half. Then I get home and take an ice cold shower which helps to improve circulation and wake me up. For my diet I've been living on leafy greens like spinach, romaine lettuce, and proteins like eggs, roasted ham, and ground beef. I'm losing a bunch of weight right now before I start trying to build more muscle.

I've stopped playing video games, which is surprisingly very easy after a while. The first week or two is weird, you don't know what to do, but then after that I didn't have any drive to play them. Of course I'm not autistic about it, if some friends want to sit down and play some vidya I'm not gonna sperg out over it. But I no longer play video games in my free time. My biggest hobby now is reading, or if there's people to hang out with I'll take that over reading for social gains. I've also started eating healthier, and lifting 3 days a week doing stronglifts 5x5. Seeing great progress with that, but it could just be because I'm a 5'8" manlet. My musical taste has changed a bit too, I listen to less rap and pop now, especially when studying - in which case I listen to either classical or gregorian/orthodox chants. And I've stopped watching porn and masturbating. Life is starting to feel great again.

Self improvement represents a drive towards absolute standards of physical and mental well-being. Being in shape and literate is beneficial no matter what society you are living in. Furthermore, a populace of individuals who have themselves in order will be less vulnerable to demoralization and manipulation.

Again, not an argument. Have a look at MGTOW and NEETs. There's a large number of people taking on these labels and checking out of society altogether. Why? Because societal conditions are so insufferably shit. Instead of using your reach to help fix society, you're forcing people to "self-improve" so that they can adapt to this changing society that people quite frankly want no part of. Some are forced to participate because they have no other choice, but given the choice do you honestly think they will spend their time in self-improvement so that they can re-join an already shit society? I don't think so.
