I only got around 7.5 hours of sleep, but usually I get just under 7. There is way too much light in my room in the morning, so I think that's why I always wake up at 9am.
Also, please just ignore the South African. He is clearly new to the site and hasn't met any anons for himself. If he got to know a few people and became friends with them he would realize that Jow Forums users are largely normal people (perhaps excluding a few boards, like Jow Forums)
