I feel i get the most consistent results by sticking primarily to compound exercises like the big 4 but keeping volume higher, like 8-12 reps. Every once in a while if you're feeling it bust a big heavy set of max weights but generally on gear you get much better muscle growth on higher reps.
compounds movements for me are a preference as it develops the type of physique i'm going for, which is wider core, bigger legs, but with proportionate upper body. i feel it's better to be strong first big second, rather than big first and strong second.

Dont use zantac, that lowers stomache acid which is what tren is doing in the first place....use betaine hcl to fix stomache issues.
Theres definitely something to the anti histamine thing, I tried combining npp and tren a few times, would vomit the next day, get the shits etc. Looked up motion sickness and it looks like the same symptoms as when your body releases histamine ....could be a complete meme but its working for me now.
