178 cm is 5'10. I think weight is a meme too. I'm the guy in the pic but I feel healthier than I did at 160 because I was mostly skinny fat and didn't work out.

You have a good sculp to work your way up if you are interested. I am just interested in staying 72 lean mode and being fit. Lifting and gaining weight accordingly is not meant for everyone.
I lift low kg with supersets and small breaks alongside cardio and HIIT everyday and I really like the way I look more than the time I was 85KG and stronglifting my way to 3digit weights.

I think 5'11 is unironically the perfect height. You're tall by normie standards and it's still pretty easy to put on weight.

5'11" 205 lb 21 yo, I have a lot of fat I want to change into muscle. At my lightest I was 165 and my ribs were fully visible, healthy weight should be around 180 without muscle or fat. I want to stay over 200 but with muscle.

6'1 is pretty fucking tall. Unless all your friends are tall.

Most of my friends are between 5’10-6’1, plus my Chad friend who is 6’2 bangs a new girl every week practically. Also my brother is 6’3 but lanky/weak as fuck.

This is a little over 2 months progress. Was 65kg a few months ago.

It's a grand height. Nobody obsesses too much with height irl unless you're very short. 185cm is a great height because you're going to be taller than most everyone but if you're a sperg irl than no amount of height is gonna save you.

Basically my routines have been a Jow Forums wet dream.

I started orignally on SS for about 6 months.
Then I did Texas method for another few months.
Then I moved onto 5/3/1 for a couple of years until I was really struggling to progress.
Then, and since then, I've been doing PHAT, and calisthenics because I enjoy it. I don't really care about getting any bigger, and getting stronger is really hard without gaining fat.

I do the same thing and technically I’m closer to 6’ than I am to 5’11 so fuck it lol

I can't offer the best advice because I never really did anything specifically to prevent injury aside of stretching and staying active outside the gym.
I think mostly for me its just luck, I've never broken a bone or had anything worse than a sprained ankle in my life.

And I've always practiced good form on the big lifts.

I'm 5,11 ... I'm 40, my son is 6'1. My wife is 5'. I believe it's all about nutrition. Feed them and they will grow. I literally tell my kids to eat big to get big.

routine is 4 day push/pull, important thing is do heavy compounds for strenfth and iso for size. squat or deadlift 3x a week, bench or press 3x a week. I eat pretty clean, lots of chicken, rice and beans, veggies, greek yogurt, the usual. do love me some in-n-out once a week though

all i say is that you need more protein and less carbs to gain more muscle and lose body fat. I mean, diets may work, but in reality the math is simple: if you want more muscle, eat more protein. If you also want less fat, eat less sugar and fat.
