You don't need to go any lower. If you train well and eat healthy (and not over 500 cal above tdee) you will barely gain any fat. (and you will look like you have even less fat because you gain much more muscle than fat).

Nothing. I have crazy shoulder genetics (makes up for awful chest genetics) but I all but stopped isolating them after an injury in 2017. Mostly built as a bonus from tons of incline bench, rear delt flys, dips, etc.

Usually 4oz meat, 50-80g carbs per meal and a daily total of 70-80g fat.
I cut all my carbs out 1.5 weeks before the comp, then reintroduced them the night before. I usually would introduce them a few days out but I was too close too the weight limit.

I think 18%, I'd recommend lean bulking. Put on some mass and above all be consistent for long periods of time for God's sake. When you start feeling pretty buff, cut to get the so wanted AESTHETICS.

It definitely doesn't have to take that long to make the transformation you see, I had a very bad habit of starting the diet overly strict, fucking up and bingeing at one point, and falling off the wagon due to discouragement. I'd probably repeat the same mistakes for these weird little 3-4 month cycles. Finally I got a full-time job with stable income and just settled into a gym and meal routine that I was comfortable with.
At the end of the day the only thing that consistently works is counting calories, eating at a moderate surplus/deficit, and exercising.
