You don't need to go any lower. If you train well and eat healthy (and not over 500 cal above tdee) you will barely gain any fat. (and you will look like you have even less fat because you gain much more muscle than fat).

Nothing. I have crazy shoulder genetics (makes up for awful chest genetics) but I all but stopped isolating them after an injury in 2017. Mostly built as a bonus from tons of incline bench, rear delt flys, dips, etc.

squats, straight leg deads, leg press. good girl, bad girl machines. Stair master. leg press. hip thrust with 225- leg curl and reverse curl..

What I dont really do is lunges, are they a must..
what are the best exercises for that. I just want symmetry

It was different each week from week 12- 1.
Usually 4oz meat, 50-80g carbs per meal and a daily total of 70-80g fat.
I cut all my carbs out 1.5 weeks before the comp, then reintroduced them the night before. I usually would introduce them a few days out but I was too close too the weight limit.
