Use leg press but put your legs higher up than normal. This will decrease the use of your hamstrings and increase the use of your quads. All squats work aswell, more specifically front squats, goblin squats, and high/low bar squats in that order. Most important thing is progressive overload on a few compound movements

Lmao what?! Higher feet, aka feet in front of hips, creates more of a hip hinge on leg press. This is a hamstring dominant movement. Feet under your hips encourages knee drive which activates quads. This is true if you're back is glued to the seat. It might hit quads if your rolling your hips up and rounding you back, but in that case have fun with the disc herniations.
