Realistically, how big can I even get my arms as a 5'7 natty lifter?

Realistically, how big can I even get my arms as a 5'7 natty lifter?

They've been stuck at ~16 inches and I've been lifting for nearly 7 years straight now.

No matter what I do they will not grow any larger.

Thats 16 inch flexed with no pump btw.

Pump they probably gain an inch.

How big are your wrists?

Just over 6.5 inches

Realistically, how big can I even get my arms as a 6’0 natty lifter?

They've been moving slowly to ~13.5 inches and I've been lifting for nearly 6 months straight now.

I'm lurking this place before I start lifting. Is it really that hard to gain muscles? Holy fuck.

There you have it.
Your limit could be 16.25 but it would take some dedication and consistency to get that last 0.25

You’re not lurking anymore dipshit. And yes building muscle takes years before your body is in any shape to be proud of.

I know what lurking is fucking dumbass. I was obviously implying that if doesn't include the two posts in this thread.

Well yes and no. The one thing you don't have to worry about is "getting too bulky" or gaining "too fast". So lift with a proper routine with challenging weights.

FUCK U DO U EVEN LIFT

N-no...
I have a small head compared to my shoulders and I don't want it to look small, but I don't mind it completely.
>tfw 5'8

Grain of advice breh, remember that lifting only enables growth. Nutrition is what dictates whether your muscle will grow at all or in great volumes.

>How many grams of protein do I need per day?
>How many calories?
>Do I have adequate vitamin/mineral intake?
>Should I get blood test? (Yes you should)

Do not underestimate how important food is. You don't have to micromanage, but you should be confident you are hitting all the necessary amounts of protein etc.

Wait blood test for what? Testosterone levels?

6'3+ for women is WNBA tier

Hormone levels are great yeah. Like cortisol, testosterone etc. I would also do a standard test for cholesterol levels, liver enzymes, blood glucose and other things. There's plenty of info on what to test for online. Generally you don't need to worry about it and frequent tests are more for dudes running roid cycles, but a initial test can be very helpful because it allows you to correct for imbalances that may otherwise affect your gains.

Pic related was 5’8.5 and had 19.5 inch arms as a world famous strongman / bodybuilder. So at your height like 19 inches would probably be the max with greta genetics, so I wouldn’t expect to ever go much past 17 or so

Time to pin test e bro

Gotta wait 3 more years till I'm old enough

Average height for women in my country is 5'7", it's over for them.

Did you trying telling them to grow? Whisper "grow, grow, grow" every rep to maximize gains through positive muscular encouragement

Lee priest had 17 inch forearms. 23 inch arm size at 5'3. Yeah he took a fuckton of roids and was genetically gifted, but who knows what the natty limit truly is for height to arm-size

Lee Priest has had the best arms in all of bodybuilding history. A total genetic fucking freak AND on steroids, you cannot compare yourself to that and you cannot use that as a base for what is achievable.

Your wrist in inches + 10 inches is the average genetic natty limit for arm size.

These arms are around 16", don't fall for old school e-stats

He didnt have 23". Prime Arnie barely had 21" ffs

Yeah to be fair I didn’t really research it, he definitely e-statted it. Here’s some unconfirmed numbers from 1893, apparently measured by a doctor. He probably got a little bigger after that, but not much
Height: 67.7 inches (5’7 1/2")
Weight: 180 pounds
Right wrist: 7.3
Left wrist: 7.1
Right forearm: 13.4
Left forearm: 13.0
Right biceps: 16.9
Left biceps: 16.1
Neck: 15.5
Shoulders: 20.3
Chest, normal: 44.1
Chest, expanded: 46.9
Waist: 32.7
Hips: 38.0
Right thigh: 23.2
Left thigh: 22.8
Right calf: 15.4
Left calf: 15.6

>Is it really that hard to gain muscles?
It is. Why do you think we're surrounded by roidmonkeys?
