If you could only do ONE exercise for mass building for the rest of your life, what would it be?
I suppose for me, it would be the clean. Why? You get a front squat every time out of it, plus you get some upperbody.

Muscle up
You get no legs though? You'll turn into chicken little. Plus it's bodyweight. How is that a good idea?
calf raises
>the clean
>not the clean and jerk
burpees with weight vest
rip leg muscles
None because you'll just end up looking like an imbalanced freak
Fuck legs nigga just walk everywhere and take the stairs and youre allright

definitely this one called “the test injection”
Lying tit-press. OPs pic is very related
Front squats
unironically,
can you imagine having a shit physique if you could overhead squat your own bodyweight for 15 reps?
Gotta be the deadlift it's the #1 mass building excercise
Easy, C&J
and when I typed FRONT SQUATS i fucking meant OVERHEAD SQUATS but obviously im a drooling retard.
rear glute spread
Clean and press because it allows you to work arms, back, and legs.
DL doesn't build shit
Bent over double glute spreads for me
The Press
This is acceptable. Anyone ever squeeze their ass and legs at the peak of the Press? Tears your quads up mang
Tough one but I'd have to say with snatch grip rack pulls. Whole post chain + lats, traps, rear delts and rhomboids. Beltless for abs too.
One exercise by itself is hard though.
I guess clean and jerk?
Clean = legs, glutes, back, traps
Jerk = Triceps, shoulders, upper chest and biceps for stabilization

It's either clean OR jerk. You can't do both. They are two different exercises.
Retarded. Only heavy enough to sufficiently tax delts, abs and tris with very small pec and upper back contributions. Zero lower body.
Rows would be a better upper body focused choice.
Dumbell curl
Why not snatch or squat-jerk?
Don't care about aesthetics I just couldn't imagine not being able to do the GOAT lift for the rest of my life.
Definitely Sprinting
I'd say the deadlift
Back Squats obviously.
//or// Clean & Jerk but that's like 2 lifts
OHP
kegels
Handstand push ups.
Chin ups.
Whole-body immersion EMS
Thrusters. can't think of any other resistance exercise that trains all of the prime movers
