He need to work his pecs in more areas, that's why the inclined bench. For better looking shoulders a propper OHP can take care of that.

About this mode. I would suggest a cutting or at least an IF, if you got the will for it and need to loose fat, cardio and diet. It's basically an ottermode with better looking shoulders.
