Crazy bells done with the first pl8 on the bar and adding half-pl8s on bands.
My mid-week day gets pretty experimental. Lately I do some old tang soo do katas gripping the fat part of the kettle bell and some tucking and rolling recovery drills with a weighted vest between strikes on the bag. Gets the muscles activated without overly straining them between the two heavy barbell days at the beginning and end of the week, and keeps my head in the game until I can get back into some Muay Thai classes.

Not that guy but the answer is a good balance between lat and bicep involvement.
I have a full routine I do at home additional to my 4x at the gym. Basically 3 sets each of:
>neck raise face up
>neck raise face down
>forearm wrist flexion rolls
>forearm wrist curls
>calf raises
>biceps curls
>abs
I dont always do abs but occasionally. This whole workout doesnt really take much effort and I do it while watching youtube or netflix. usually all done with light weight. calf raises with bodyweight standing on one leg. Seems to help my overall physique a bit imo.

Dead hang 10s, do 1 pull-up, repeat.
From pushup position, go down halfway, hold for 5s, down to bottom, hold 5s, up to halfway, hold for 5s, up all the way, hold for 5s, repeat.
Pushup position, do 10 pushups @1 per second, hold for 5s, so 9 pushups, hold for 5s, do 8 etc.
These are a few of my (least) favourite things.

Dicks press is a tri exercise, it seems really strange but it actually works really well. I forgot this other tri exercise called the JM press. It's somewhat similar to the Dicks press. I'll include both vids for example.

Ive been doing 8 sets of 5 pullups each of 8 different grips lately, will this do much for my core/chest/arms?
I have more leg muscle than above the waist so thats my main goal right now
