Squats were strong but very high. I did a single at 325kg (rpe 10) and at least 2" high so lol there. And a couple of doubles at 300 that at least didn't feel hard
Bench was pretty bad. Illegal, grindy, downward movement, butt off bench, singles at 220, 220, 210 and a legal one at 205.

Hepburn. One way to do it is to start 8x2, next time you do 1x3 and 7x2, next time 2x3 + 6x2 until you get 8x3 and you add weight on the bar and start from 8x2 again. It's basic double progression.
You can do it with 4x1 adding a set of 1 every time until you get 10x1 and add weight, maybe do 3x6-8 for secondary lifts.
I’d still have to look at the sheet and consider RPEs, is there nothing which doesn’t really change weekly and it’s gauged looking at a first set or something similar rather than checking what RPE I have to hit each day?
