3yrs probably but I really need to get bigger pecs before I can cut. Last time I posted an user told me to work on my traps so I did rack pulls.

Why do you need a better gym for your abs? Do hanging leg raises, they'll also work your forearms. Additionally you can do cable crunches and incline weighted situps. If your gym has an ab roller use that too. If it doesn't, they are like 20 bucks on amazon.

I'll keep that in mind and incorporate that into my routine. I've been focusing more on getting a new job lately so I haven't been as focused in the gym as I should be. I definitely should be more strict especially with summer approaching I need to make my gains now
