I'm down to less than a thousand calories a day, and do cardio daily, what the fuck else should I do? Are diet pills worth it?

Be patient, if you are legitimately eating 1000kcal a day by the end of next week you will drop 1-3 pounds easily.

Well I have, and I've lost over 100 pounds in the last year. That said, over the pas two months or so I've completely plateaued.

Maybe look into a reefed, It is Sunday, Load up on carbs for the day and see what happens. Genuinely gotta confuse the body.

That's not that much weight to drop, honestly. Just eat like 1000 cals below maintenance and you'll lose 30 pounds in like 3 months.

Water fast and drink 1 gallon of purified water a day

500-750kcal deficit, plus 160mcg Clenbuterol every day for 2 x 2 week cycles with a week off inbetween

I guarantee you are eating more than that and aren't counting properly. 1000 cals is only 2 cups of almonds worth of food per day. You are definitely eating donuts and going "yeah probably only 100 a piece" fat boy

Eating 500-1000 cals less than what i consume daily. Protein shakes. High intensity training. Pretty much it.
