Calisthenics (Pull ups, push ups, dips and variations of all) as many days of the week you can handle.

Jump rope, every morning for at least 15 minutes. Don't fuck about, make it intense.

Boxing twice a week. Other combat sports will work also, I just have more access to boxing where I live. Will eventually move on to thai boxing or mma.

Forgot to say about lifting, I personally would lift every now and then maybe a few times a month just to add some variation. Plus it's fun.

Didn't think about diet. Personally I eat whole grain pasta and bread. Nuts, seeds and fruit. Lots of sweet potato, rice, carrots, chickpeas, chicken breast, green beans and broccoli when I can stomach it.

No he's right. If you eat mostly healthy whole foods none of it really matters that much. You don't need to be calculating every little detail of your diet. Eat good 95% of the time and use food as fuel while working hard and you will develop a decent physique.

It can increase your injury risks depending on workout intensity and generally it's not recorded to do full workouts everyday just because for most people you do need proper recovery time.

If you want to do a full workout one day and then take one or two "off days" where you do a light workout that should be fine. Meanwhile if you're juicing then you should be able to workout everyday without issues.

I'm no where near /david/ mode but I train exclusively for the greek statue look. Do a lot of abs, for legs avoid quad training and do a lot of hamstring work + running. Don't bulk like a retard, stay on top of your cardio.

I wasn't doing this at the start, i would have been pretty fucked up if I didn't allow time to recover to start with but eventually you can build it up. The workouts I do now are just for maintenance now really as I'm comfortable with my size. Your body adjusts with time and you can get used to it. I'm still sore after boxing but not enough that i'm paralysed the next day.

Listen to your body is the best advice I can give, if you are so sore you cant move maybe take it easy for a bit.

It depends on a lot. Doing heavy squats and deadlifts at high volume everyday? Probably a bad idea. Calisthenics are different though, much easier to recover from. Cardio is also easy to recover from.
