Vitamin D3
ZMA
Cod Liver Oil

Preworkout:
9 grams Citrulline Malate
3 grams beta alanine
1 gram taurine

Post workout
Impact whey isolate + 5 grams creatine

has anyone tried taking BCAAs/Amino Acids intra workout?
You think they work or just waste of money?
also is phenibut legit? do I have to dose daily or only in stressful situations?

should i take l-arginine before sex lads? i started taking supplements two weeks ago and i'm blowing huge loads now. i'm not sure exactly what's causing it. i'm taking zinc + magnesium + omega-3s on top of a multivitamin.

I read that the best way to use bcaas is to take a serving ~5g before and after workouts and before bed. does that seem right? what other supplements to you guys recommend? how about training for size rather than strength?

genuinely want a response to this

l-arginine increases blood flow, and zinc increases natural test production.

Creatine
D3
Zinc
Magnesium
Maca
Bcaa
Sardeenz for Omega 3

How the fuck do i use creatine?
I ordered some but have no idea how to use it
Is it similar to whey?

Whey
BCAA/HMB in between meals (Choline and Tyrosine too atm)
Creatine
BCAAs with glycine/glutamate for workout
Sometimes glycine before bed
Betaine HCL/Digestive Enzyme/Probiotic tablets with meals.
Multivit although they probably don't help

Sardeenz
Kefir

Take 3-5g a day, everyday for the rest of your life.
Creatine monohydrate only

>has anyone tried taking BCAAs/Amino Acids intra workout?
Yes but only because I can't manage unflavoured BCAAs in the gym.
The only difference with Intra and normal BCAA is the Citruline Malate/Glutamate/Glycine added

You could likely just get normal BCAAs and add the extra stuff for cheaper.

Current list, will drop the xtend, taurine, magnesium and potassium when the cutting ends

>l-citrulline
lurk more

6 scoops a day?

yeah, I make 3 of my meals liquid, 2 scoops of whey + 120g of oat meal and + 30g of peanut butter, makes my life a lot easier...

I unironically take daily

>whey
>creatine
>bcaa
>beta alanine
>l arginine
>vitamin c
>vitamin d3
>vitamin k2
>vitamin e
>b-complex
>biotin
>magnesium
>zinc
>taurine
>ginseng
>ashwgandha
>krill oil
>fish oil
>probiotics
>phenibut (1-3 times per month)

Fish oil + d3
ZMA
Creatine
Ashwagandha
Melatonin

Will replace the ZMA with regular magnesium. Got it for sleeping but it actually keeps me up if I take it before bed. If I take a normal dose in the morning or afternoon I feel woozy and almost anemic at times.

Ashwagandha helps me with anxiety but I started taking it when I started lifting so I don’t know if i’m confusing the mental benefits of lifting with the ash.

See you in the CBT when shredded, godspeed user

You could reduce that list in half by eating properly

Took yohimbe for the first time in a addition to my preworkout and got very naseous and shaky. Also couldn't sleep. Was this because I had never taken it before? Or the combination of them? Kinda scared to combo again to find out

>Taking ooga ooga medicine

>multi from when I first started freaking out about health, it never runs out but does nothing
>vitamin D because NEET, works
>vitamin k-2 because the internet told me it goes well with D, dunno
>creatine, waterweight and slightly more endurance at the gym
>/deenz/ 3 days a week because fish oil is snake oil
>zinc because men take zinc (I don't really know why I take this) but it never runs out
>l-theanine + caffeine, god tier cortisol reducer and cognitive booster. Better than ashwaghanda.
>phenibut, does literally nothing to me as I seem to be resistant to stimulants. Weed doesn't even affect me.

Tempted to restock on ashwaghanda but I don't know if it really did anything. I have pretty severe anxiety (takes me a week to check my voicemails because I get nervous it's bad news) and I don't know if it really did anything.

Need to buy new kefir grains because I let it die when I moved. That shit is super good for you.

You could just eat a handful of nuts, even peanuts have l-arginine. If you are determined to supplement get l-citrulline instead. It gives me longer erections, though I don't have ED anyway. Zinc only boosts it if you were deficient in zinc in the first place.

Daily
>Fish Oil
>Vitamin D
>Glucosamine Chondrite (not sure if works desu; trying out collagen as well)
>Creatine

As needed
>Whey Concentrate
>BCAAs until they run out (was a gift; haven't noticed a difference) intra-workout
>Caffeine based pre-workouts when fasted/tired

I take 2g of magnesium glycinate and 6g of chlorella every day since very recently, no idea of it's gonna improve anything but I had my body checked and those 2 were the supplements I supposedly could use the most.

Anyone has any experience with these?

2 G’s of magnesium sounds like a lot. That’s like 4x a regular dosage. Do you not get diarrhea?

I thought it was a lot too (after reading daily intake should be around 400mg magnesium), but according to Wikipedia magnesium glycinate only has 100mg of magnesium per 709mg. I sometimes feel kinda weird but I think it has more to do with me first thinking it was way too much.

>Only noticed BCAA gains after I stopped taking it
Fug

What kind of multivitamin do you take?

Ashwaganda worked for me too.

>BCAA
waste of money
>Multivitamin, optimen
waste of money
>Vitamine C 5g
literally pissing your money away at this point
>Vitamine D
better be D3
>Vitamine E
better be d-alpha tocopherol
>Omega 3
better be triglyceride form and with tocopherols
>Complex B
better be methylated forms
>Magnesium 2g
have fun with your explosive diarrhea
>Digestive, doctor's best
waste of money
>Probiotic
waste of money, get yogurt instead
>HMB
Homo Man Butt juice, waste of money
>Ginkgo biloba
better be Egb-761
>Damiane
waste of money
>Coenzime Q10
good if you're on statins
>Potassium 1g
have fun with your electrolyte imbalance induced dehydration
>Osteobiflex
good if you're a little old lady
>Milk Thristle
waste of money
>301.50

"Just eat healthy and go out lmao"
