I first touched the gym 1,5 years ago and just fucked around while inside but i started training and following an actual program like 12 months ago and the current routine about 6 months ago so use whatever time line you feel like.

I would recommend doing a cut (eating at a deficeit) about 500kcals and follow a ppl routine. The one i follow works for me but i made it myself and im far from an expert so yeah
