What are the best exercises to build my glutes?

I lost some weight recently and my butt looks flat now.

In addition to what others have said, you could try 45° back extensions with the pad set lower down. Gets a nice burn in my hammies and glutes.

Any squat past parallel
BB lunges

Squats build better legs but heavy lunges isolate glutes more.

Front squats and hip thrusts (with me as weight)

Probably tight hip flexors on your left side. Usually a result of the way you sit it sleep. Check to see if that side is tighter

bret contreras thinks hip thrusts are the second coming of Christ but he's turned a lot of skinny white girls into ass queens so there's probably something to it

I do hip thrusts 5x12 once a week
Hip abductors and glute extensions 4 times a week

Wide stance squat for backoff sets
High pulls (clean/snatch) 5x3
RDL 4x8
Hip thrust 4x8
Cable hip abduction 4x12
Hip adductor machine 4x12
Banded gluteus medius exercise (look up athleanx vid)

Have done this 3x/week for the last months and my ass has very notably grown. I've even gotten comments from girls at the gym

Anyone got any idea how to isolate one side of the Gluteus Minimus?

Aka doing hip abductions one-sided?

My left glute is much weaker than my left that it cramps and barely activates whenever I squat or do Machine hip Abductions.
