I eat 3k everyday, it's not even hard. Get some peanut butter. High calories, high protein, good fats. You can easily get 600 kcal in a sandwich, i've even made some with over 1k.

thats what i ate yesterday to get to about 2800 calories. get food you like.

You're probably not skinnyfat. If you had said 180+ sure. Instead it sounds like you have absolutely zero muscle on you. Eat at maintenance and keep going heavier on your lifts. Then eat more
