I used to have pretty bad gas, it was embarrassing at work and my gf was annoyed. Now I’m mostly carnivore so pretty low fiber and it’s awesome not farting. I’m not a purist so occasionally I’ll have some veggies or fruit.

haha have fun taking multivitamins for the rest of your life

Unprocessed fruit and vegetables basically.

>thinks he gets nutrition from fiber

reminder fibre increases bowel movement - the faster your bowel moves, the less nutrients you'll absorb

>That user who doesn't eat fibre
Pic related is what happens if you don't eat fibre.

Fuck off, whenever I'm cutting I end up eating little fibre and my shits are painful.
Had to investigate the other day how to actually get as much fibre in as little calories as possible, gonna be eating some wheat bran

Might as well be a lack of protein. Or really the fact that low calories are virtually always a dumb idea and causes your body to behave suboptimally.

Brb 50% anal bleeding

I don't get constipation, strain opening, bloating or anal bleeding though. So I'm good to keep eating fibre? Sounds like fibre is only bad for people with retarded guts.

How often do you shit?

Protein is fine. Shoo shoo permabulker

Once a day, frequently twice a day.

Seems like you're doing just fine eating whatever fibre you're consuming. If it already wasn't obvious, you should only stop to eat fibre if you're experiencing any issues like the ones in the OP.
