has to do with glycogen stores, height and insertions but I really don't understand why you squat 135 for 20 reps

I like the feeling better, plus heavy squats don't agree with me (when I say heavy I mean 275+)

20 rep squats feels more like an actual workout, seems more practical too

Arms and traps are looking solid. Focus more on your delts and lats for a broader back, that'll get you looking stronger

That's not gyno, it's fat. Keep benching and working your pecs (use a machine if you don't want to bench), and you'll get beautiful pecs in no time. Get into a PPL. You'll see gains quick enough. Do some cardio if you want to lose weight - 30 minutes on a bike after every workout. You'll get used to it

Don’t know why bench is so much higher, always been easy lift for me. I swear my body is not designed to squat heavy, feel like I’m gonna die when I squat over 3plt, and form always wants to break. Dead lift is with no straps mixed grip.

I've been at this for about a year now and I've only made some notable improvements. Body dysmorphia is a bitch and because of that I'd never eat at a steady surplus or deficit. Even if I was eating at a surplus I'm sure I wasn't getting enough protein. Now I've straightened out my diet and I don't give a damn about putting on fat too. I'm gonna try for 185lbs by the end of July.
