it would take a lot more time for you. The second 5'6 guy has been lifting for one year, i'd assume it'd take 4 years for someone that is 6'3.

I’ve not been on Jow Forums long but it seems like any nice physique posted instantly gets commented on my multiple ppl saying “obvious gear user” etc and I can tell it’s often a joke
But after a while it gets demoralizing and hard to tell

Been lifting semi-seriously for 9 months. But I don't really want to get much bigger since I will look like a warrior dwarf given my height

But surely the strength you’ve achieved would serve you well if you implemented a 4 or 5 day pure bodybuilding program?
You have a very solid foundation on top of which to pile Hypertrophy training right?

How is looking like a warrior dwarf a bad thing?
