Someone asked how to improve metal health but by the time I wrote my response it got deleted. I think this can be useful to people so I'm posting.
Aight, heres what I figured out, in order of importance:
1. Proper, regular sleep. Doesn't matter when you sleep, just do it as regularly as you can. Proper sleep is when you wake up refreshed. Read up on sleep hygiene.
2. Food. You are what you eat. If you eat shit, you'll feel like shit. Sticky will help you with that.
3. Social life. I dont care how much you think you hate or dont need people. You are human and you need other people. We are social animals. Find what tickles your lonely. Being a positive force on others has helped me a lot.
4. Emotions are your friend. Learn to recognize what you feel and why. Use them to guide you in your goals and shit. Never neglect them or it will ruin you. Some people do it by meditation, I dropped acid. The point is to know whats going on in your head.
5. Fun. Do something you actually enjoy on the regular. Smoke a joint once in a long while, drink with friends.
6. Money. Proven to be a huge boost to happiness up until a certain range (~200k/year)
7. Exercise. Should be higher but I'm too lazy to edit. Read sticky for this.
