I got tested at just under 180 yesterday. Started TRT, wish me luck. I've been mentally ill for years sending me through cycles of depression and insomnia. stop wasting time on unproductive things like video games that don't accomplish anything
make sure not to have vitamin deficiencies (vitamin d comes to mind)
