this site is full of shit.
there's no way your average joe without training does 10 reps on 71 KG what the fuck.

let alone someone that works out for a month now.

You grossly underestimate how unbalanced and bench heavy most people that "lift" are. There's boomers at my gym who bench well over 1pl8 for 10 and quarter squat 50kg at most. A dude with pretty much the same height and weight as me comfortably benches 80x5 but shakes like an earthquake on 40kg ohp. Meanwhile I'm at 75x5 and 50x5 respectively.

Cut out back squats after college and my deadlift is a very clean deadlift. Also cleans are of the power variety which here it's assuming a regular clean I think
Inputs were:
305 front squat
400 deadlift
200 power clean
290 bench
225 incline
175 OH press (this is very estimated and based on dumbell sets of 6)
Chin up 70 lbs added (this is probably a generous estimate)

Can i substitute overhead presses with overhead dumbell presses for this or is there not much carryover?

If anything, you'd be conservative in your estimate of barbell if you double your dumbell amount. That is, unless you have jacked auxiliary/stabilizing muscles. Those are pretty much the limiting factor in the equation. My dumbell incline is like 85% of my barbell incline but for flat, I can't even get 75% of barbell. With shoulders being a weaker muscle group there's less of this effect, but I would still maybe take dumbell x2 and load an extra 5% minimum
