Check your state. In mine they sell it at farmers markets and health food stores. Costs $5 to $8 a gallon. The law here I believe is yearly pathogen testing on vessels and animals. Every few years they claim milk made someone sick and they found pathogens at the producer but low levels of naturally occurring bacteria doesn't really mean anything. Don't be a weakling and you won't get sick.
