Yep. I know the limits of my discipline and have realistic expectations of how long it will actually take to reach my goal. I am planning to cut ~30lbs before the 4th of July. I know that I can do it if I begin now.

I do usually take November to the end of December as "cheat months" cause of all the cold weather and holidays and cookies and shit everywhere.

Yep I'm about a week in. I plan to be done by a march/april and be at my leanest ever. I will eat at maintenance during peak summer months and worst comes to worst I can continue cutting though them.
Also planning a nice 6 month bulk starting August 1st
