Guys what does your entire day's nutrition look like? I am skinny fat and want to look like you do. Where I stay the only meat that's available is chicken. I can get other meats but I have to drive far away and it's too much of a hassle. I can get most veggies and eggs tho.

For all people saying i don't even lift. Here is me 5'10" 165lbs after 3 years of _HEAVY_ lifting. Literally watching diet 24/7, no cheat meals no nothing. This is what is actually possible on a full natty training scheme. 95% of lifters out there cheat and use PEDs while lying about it. The issue is that's it's legit seeping into real life too.
