Build your own gym. You won't build an ass without lifting heavy
Buy a barbell and some plates, every exercise other than squad can be done without any other equipment. Find a second hand set on Facebook market place or gum tree or something. Someone else mentioned hip thrusts and they're a good one to do too.

A flat ass? Bulk and do a bunch of front squats and hip thrusts. Deadlifts and variations will work your hams a lot more and it’ll actually make your ass look smaller in comparison
