what the fuck is this

I want to go to the gym everyday. I have a plan of lifting 4 days a week and cardio 2 extra days in the morning but for some odd reason I have no drive motivation or desire to wake up and just go. Every night about 9-11pm I'll wake up and have this desire to go to the gym I'll take a shower get ready and than say fuck it and go to sleep or shit post until 1am
I do want to change but something is stopping me. I want to know the secret how to change your routine and build discipline to work out

I was in your position, did a week of vit B6 100mg ED to get the body to do all the work it needs to get done in it's backlog, 1 gram of c vit ED for a week, and finally 200mg Magnesium 2 hours before bed time. Im not gonna go into detail about every why about this stack, but in short, prolactin is the main reason for semi erectile dysfunction, Vit B6 fixes that through the dramatic increase of dopamine. C vitamin is vital in the regulation of adrenaline and production of neurotransmitters. Combine high dopamine potential with high adrenaline potential and you get motivation, simple.

I would have done 5HTP and Levodopa if they were legal in my country.

I dont understand what you mean
Why would I take supplements like this just to get some motivation so I stick to the gym
I dont understand

Are you trolling or being serious ?

No im being serious, Normal food in a normal diet, no matter how healthy, won't get you anywhere near 100mg of vit B6 ED. It's a supraphysiological dose wich has comparable effects to certain prescription drugs such as bromocriptine and cabergoline, wich are dopamine agonists. Dopamine lowers your prolactin severely, aswell as being the top anticipation (read motivation) neurotransmitter.

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/501547

That, and added is that vitamin B6 is used in a ton of bodily functions, so when you give the body more of it than it is used to, it can finish off tasks it has to do, that it previously couldn't complete in the time it wanted to due to limited availiability.

If you're interested I can go more in depth on every thing.

Yea sure so vitamin b6 is needed
So you're not just a shill selling medical supplies are you?

I'm just listening to an audio book right now so not much going on.. go on

I have also heard dopamine had an effect on androgen receptors and can elevate prolactin so is that true or not?

I'm confused here because I already eat healthy every day so not sure how a vitb6 supplement will help

My whole meal plan is basically potatoes, chicken (whole, breast, thighs idk i eat the whole chicken) beef, pork and tuna/fish

So how would b6 help?

Pathetic little pussy
Stop using the internet and go outside

Sounds like you already know what to do.

Im shilling for a generic product that is Vitamin B6, you can buy it from wherever the fuck you like.

Again, B6 at grocery store tier Multivitamin supplements probably won't help, because the dosage is 1-2 milligrams at best. which is just a little less than what you would be currently getting from your diet. I'm advocating for consuming 100 milligrams for a short period of time so that your body can complete all the tasks it has to do. Dopamine is the antidote to high prolactin, as per the study i posted, it can be used in medical situations if there is a condition that makes bromocriptine or cabergoline unsuitable.

Your diet also lacks in fruit so you are probably deficient in C vitamin as well, although not severely. C vitamin is a powerful anti oxidant, and at doses of 1 gram a day it has some other interesting effects. Again, I can write more thorough if you're interested.

You're in a beautiful mindset man. That's how I started 5 years ago and I'm loving every second of it up until this day.

No I do not
I used to dl 605 years ago but after 5 years being away from the gym I'm weak and pathetic as fuck
I took like 5 years off completely (I say five years but two years ago I used to go to the gym one day a week and I would do a full body routine one day a week) I'm not a neet and a very busy pepe

Btw
I went to the gym about a year ago and could only DL 315 for three reps
Pathetic!
I used to do 315 10 sets of 15 reps as a drop set!!!!!!!

I just want to build the confidence again
I'm a fucking boomer now

Not that anyone asked but in my prime I used to squat 255 10 sets of 20 reps
Fuck I miss that shit
I miss the gym you stupid fucks

Dude write more. Obviously I’ll research it myself but show us where to start and what to look for.

Na I'm kind of disappointed in myself and losing it
I have access to four gyms (last time in thr gym was two months ago)

I used to be a God

stop being a pussy

>Your diet also lacks in fruit so you are probably deficient in C vitamin as well, although not severely. C vitamin is a powerful anti oxidant, and at doses of 1 gram a day it has some other interesting effects. Again, I can write more thorough if you're interested.

Well that's true but what fruits would you recommend that can last a week instead if a day (anytime I buy fruit I'll finish the bag in a day)

Fuck you sound just like my former gym partner

Look!!
I cant anymore
I don't have the drive

Okay, so for motivation, general mood or whatever you want to call it, it is literally all in your head. By that I mean, your mood is, in it's entirety controlled by what goes on inside your head. Can you then "think" yourself to be in a better, more motivated mood? Maybe. It has certainly worked for a lot of people, but it definitely isn't some magical spell that makes it so.

Mainly, your mood is determined by your neurotransmitters. If you've ever done MDMA or Cocaine/Amphetamine you already know this. There is, quite literally, physically and chemically impossible to be unhappy on MDMA. The same way, it is impossible to be unmotivated on cocaine/amphetamine. There is just no way, unless you have short circuited your neurons from excessive use or have a serious illness related to these neurotransmitters: Serotonin and Dopamine.

Serotonin is linked directly to your self perceived status in the hierarchies you are in.

Studies:

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9464985
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4330791/
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3294220/

Without answering every why, the main thing to take from these is that if you are a high status male, you will have elevated serotonin, elevated testosterone and elevated cortisol. Testosterone is self explainatory, but since the high ranking male is already high ranking, the aggression is not needed, thus high serotonin lowers the aggression. Cortisol is elevated because being a high ranking male is a stressful situation, and cortisol is a "stress hormone".

Now dopamine. Dopamine is not exactely motivation in a molecule, but it is rather anticipation. This means, that you can elevated your dopamine simply by thinking about something that you want right now (think porn, food, sex, water if your thirsty, your girlfriend or your crush).

Studies:

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4759499/
ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3971161/

Cont.

That’s not how you greentext, newfag.

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4186816/

So dopamine makes you feel calm and good, when you are either thinking about or actually chasing your goal.

So then, how do you actually chase the goal, and not just think about it? This is where adrenaline comes in. Adrenaline, norepinephrine and a host of other "fight or flight" hormones/neurotransmitters.

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3131098/

Im tired, I wasn't ready to write this, good night.

B-bump
