Do you think it’s possible to split up squats from everything else when training 3x a week without much detriment? Due to time and limitations I have it would be better but I’m just not sure if I’d see many negatives from it when running basic 5x5 shit.

Doing some light mobility work so you can squat in safe positioning is not discouraged. It is common sense.

All studies that show that stretching increases injury risk due to the relaxation and elongation of the muscle body can and has been proven to be negated by doing a dynamic warm up after static stretches.

Just dont stretch and go right into lifting.
