Power cleans. Didn't really find them necessary since all my other lifts hit everything i need them to.

Body weight sit ups.
Only do weighted sit ups.

Lunges, literally every time I do them my knees hurt afterwards

i tried teaching myself how to do them and i racked my nuts with the bar so bad i had to end the workout and i'm never trying them ever again

I workout at one of those gyms that has regular powerlifting meets. So a lot of the guys there do power cleans. I'm one of the only guys there that does OHP though.

What do they substitute OHP for?

Same thing, just with dumbbells?

Probably. I usually see a lot of them using a fixed weight bar or just dumbbells. Ive only ever seen two people OHP in my gym and ive been going for over two years.

Deadlifts.

That shit just seems dangerous especially if you're doing a program that expects you to continuously add weight to your lifts.

Barbell bench. Fucking wrecks my shoulders. Dumbbell bench is superior anyway

When you do the dumbbell press, how many reps do you do and what's the lbs you lift?

Dude, fucking same. I fucking hate barbell bench for some reason. I've fucked up the shoulder/rotator cuff area more than once doing it. I love dumbbell bench though, it's my favorite exercise.

Dumbell Lunges. Hate them so much.

if you want a reference, here's me:

Flat barbell bench: 3x5 @ 240 lbs
Flat dumbbell bench: 3x10 @ 90-95 lb

Incline barbell: 3x5 @ 195
Incline dumbbell: 3x10 @ 75

5'10'' 175-180 lb bodyweight

I do lunges and box step-ups with a barbell because I hate holding the weight down by my legs while i do leg stuff
