I've been slowly cutting out meat from my diet over the last 6 months and I gotta say I feel a ton better. My lower back doesn't hurt anymore and the mornings are much easier to get out of bed and start my day. Just anecdotal evidence, do whatever works for you all. I used to be a heavy meat eater.

Well anybody who knows anything already knows evaporated cane sugar juice, ground wheat, cereals, fruits, potatoes and rice aren't the cause of the big western diseases of diabetes and heart disease and cancer. So its the meat and oils and dairy. The nuts I agree aren't the best and should be limited as they are fatty but at least they're packaged with vitamin E so they're less prone to oxidation. So its fat and animal products primarily (China's incidence of diabetes rose after introducing American fast food chains and people had more money to buy meats and dairy).

Why does a healthy life require a deep scientific inquiry about how everything works? I read deep into shit too but fuck man. There's scientifically ignorant folks all over the world who live long healthy lives without disease and obesity and they eat fruits and sugar all the time and don't eat dairy and very minimal if any animal products.
