It worked, you're overweight. Maintain your calories and keep lifting.

You need to lower your bodyfat percentage for any muscle to show, definition is what you need. Increase the weight you're lifting and do exercises to lower your bf

Pullups, pulldowns, any type of rows. Personal routine is krok rows, pups and seated cable rows
They got me the lats above in a very short period of time (previously I did zero targeted lat work)

Besides the standard rows, I also like standing cable pulls from various angles. From personal experience though, genes determine how wide your lats will be. It's near impossible target them.

once you can do 7 pullups start doing weighted, then once you can do 7 with that weight increase the weight, repeat ad infinitum

Thanks and yeah but not as fast as some other guys I've seen online. I'm plateauing around the proficient strength level whereas others blow pass me and hit advanced under the same time. They could be on juice though I'm not sure.

cool, linear gains are going to end in different places for different people, some people can get all the way to 500lb deadlifts with no trouble, others will have to fight for 3 plate. Theres plenty of routines around that teach you how to program around stalling though, good luck

horizontal rowing builds back thickness. vertical rowing movements like pulldowns or pullups build width

I do horizontal, vertical, and some angles in between. Idk lol maybe it's just me.

What’s your weighted pullup/chinup? Rows won’t make your lats pop out very much in my experience, though my row isn’t nearly as strong as my chinup (40kg DB x8 vs +32kg x4 @184cm, 76kg)
