There probably aren't going to be any more built in Norway, much less of a chance in that architectural style, although it is beautiful and compelling. Currently, there is such a lack of observant Christians in Norway, anymore. It's possible that some private projects will involve small-scale versions of these buildings, but most likely as very small churches or chapels at best, with limited attendance, or more likely than that, as extensions of people's house properties.

It has more to do with the church branches that came out of the Anabaptist thought. Back in Europe during the Religious Wars and early Protestant rise they were known to go around knocking out stain glassed windows. It was all a retaliation against the framework set up by the Catholics, putting Dogma ahead of Scripture. Those that took influence heavily from the Anabaptists, such as the Baptists (who knew), took the approach that church should be four walls and a cross(cross actually being optional in certain sects) striped down wooden pews and a pedestal so the minster has somewhere to lead from. Everything else is a distraction and unnecessary to the worship of God.
