Why would you cut? You're already lean. You're supposed to bulk for as long as possible without becoming fat.

I have severe body dysmorphia when I look in the mirror or in photos of myself I see a tiny skinny fat DYEL it’s only when I’m next to my friends I can tell myself I’m bigger than them. Under 6’3 is a manlet the way that humans are growing over time, it’s best to use a 30 year projection of manlet cut offs as we will be alive during this time.
Cut if that's what you want, though if you have to go super low in body fat to get a lean face it might not be sustainable.
